Have you ever eaten pancakes without eggs? Yeah, I know, sounds unbelievable. Let’s try my recipe.
- 2 cups flour;
- 1/2 cup sugar;
- 1 tsp baking powder;
- 1/2 tsp baking soda;
- 2 cups rice milk or soy milk;
- 4 tbsp oil;
- 1 tsp vanilla extract;
- 7 drops of red food coloring.
Put all the dry ingredients from position 1 to 4 in a bowl, then mix them thoroughly.
Now, add the wet ingredients from position 5 to 8.
Mix everything thoroughly using a mixer or a whisk.
Preheat a non-stick pan. No need to pour oil on the pan, we added oil to the batter. Pour the batter in the pan.
Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Serve pancakes with maple syrup or strawberry jam.
