Sauerkraut with cumin

Hello my dear.

Sauerkraut is healthy and delicious. It is a rich source of vitamin C and E and its consumption is recommended, especially during the winter time. My kids love sauerkraut! One of my little ones is allergic to carrots, so you will not find them in this recipe. Of course you can add carrots if you want.

Sauerkraut with cumin

Ingredients:

  • 4 handfuls of sauerkraut;
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped;
  • 2 tsp cumin;
  • 3 tbsp olive oil;
  • salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
Put sauerkraut  in a bowl. Add cumin and chopped onion. Pour olive oil  and season with salt and pepper to taste.
